Orders are processed by Heart for Hard. Our store offers both in-stock products and items that are produced or printed on demand, which means delivery times may vary depending on the product.
Delivery times (NL & Belgium):
Orders outside the Netherlands & Belgium may take longer depending on the destination, local customs procedures and the selected shipping method.
In some cases, items may be temporarily out of stock or offered as pre-orders. By placing an advance purchase, you will receive priority once the item becomes available.
If your order contains a pre-order or made-to-order item, your entire order will be shipped once all items are available. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until checkout is completed.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances.
You can return your order within 14 days after receiving it. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition, including all labels and packaging.
You may choose to exchange your item or request a refund (excluding original shipping costs). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To exchange an item, please use the return form included with your order or contact us for further instructions.
Customized or personalized items (such as products with your own name) cannot be returned.
We are not responsible for misprints, pricing errors or delivery inaccuracies displayed on the website.
